Aerodynamics, lightness and modularity define a product designed to meet the demands of modern cycling, which in both philosophy and performance is increasingly close to the world of Formula 1. Following the Predator project, Prologo confirms its role as a pioneer in the high-performance saddle segment by introducing Choice: a patented product that redefines the concept of the road saddle and opens new perspectives in the high-end components sector.

Shapes and materials
The Choice saddle, characterized by an elegant design and minimal graphics, recalls the name of the first interchangeable model launched by Prologo in 2007. Today, this concept is reinterpreted with a highly innovative approach: Choice is in fact the first integrated racing saddle designed to minimize aerodynamic drag.

The product has been developed using advanced CFD simulation software and refined in the wind tunnel, ensuring unprecedented aerodynamic efficiency. Its futuristic shapes, also defined through pressure tests carried out with the Pressure Map MyOwn system, are combined with a latest-generation variable-density foam, ensuring the ideal balance between comfort and performance at every stage of the pedal stroke.

The ergonomics are designed to adapt to the high speeds of modern cycling and to new frame geometries, allowing the rider to maintain an aerodynamic position for longer in total comfort. Compact dimensions, a semi-round T-shape and a low weight of just 152 grams make the Choice model an ideal option for riders seeking maximum innovation and performance.

Integration and aerodynamics
A distinctive feature of the Choice model is its high aerodynamic efficiency, closely linked to the concept of rail integration. The Nack (nano carbon fiber) rails are completely hidden beneath two smooth lateral side wings, designed to shield the frontal airflow and channel it toward the rear of the saddle. The result is an extremely lightweight, aerodynamic and highly responsive product in all conditions.

The design goes beyond the single component, as it is conceived to optimize the entire system consisting of rider, saddle and bicycle. Thanks to a reduced stack height and an optimized connection between the rails and the base, the saddle ensures greater structural stiffness, resulting in more efficient power transfer and more precise, controlled handling, especially in technical sections and demanding descents.

Modularity
Another revolutionary element of the Choice model is its modularity—a feature never before seen in this category. Through two screws, it is possible to separate the rails from the carbon shell, allowing the replacement of individual components in case of damage. This solution introduces a more sustainable approach without compromising quality, performance and structural integrity.
