The racing season is in full swing, and we are thrilled with the success of the teams we support. The Elkov Kasper team has had an impressive season with remarkable results. Listing all their achievements would be long, so we'll focus on the recent Czech and Slovak National Championships in Jevíčko.
The event kicked off with time trials, where the team from Hradec Králové
secured two championship jerseys. Daniel Rubeš became the Czech U23 champion, with Jan Lukeš joining him on the podium in third place. In the same category, Lukáš Kubiš claimed the Slovak championship jersey.
The championship culminated on Sunday with the Elite category race, spanning eight laps over a total distance of 203 km with an elevation gain of 2,600 meters. We attended the event, setting up a Force fun zone at the summit of the climb from Křenov, where we, along with numerous fans, watched the race unfold.
The atmosphere was electric, with Nutrend products being handed out, beer and Kofola on tap, sausages and hot dogs on the grill, beautiful weather, and exceptional performances by the riders. The Elkov Kasper team triumphed again, with Tomáš Přidal winning the Czech championship, followed by Lukáš Kubiš, who took home two championship jerseys – one from the time trial and another from the elite race.
Elkov Kasper earned four championship jerseys, marking a highly successful Czech and Slovak championship. We congratulate the Elkov Kasper team, whose riders use Wilier bikes and wear Force helmets and glasses, and we wish them continued success in the second half of the road season.
