The team, which currently operates under the name Expres CZ-Tufo Team Kolín, was founded in 2000 by former excellent rider Honza Slavíček.
The team currently operates at three levels of age and performance. A-team of adult competitors and selected juniors, youth group from pupils to junior categories and preparation of children aged 7-12 years. The aim of the team is to introduce cycling to young generation to create a background and conditions for their sports development and, in case of their interest and corresponding performance, to enable them to develop a sports career in adulthood.
The main partners of the team in the 2021 season are the transport company Expres CZ, Tufo and the city of Kolín. Thanks to their support, A-team competitors have top equipment and security and can thus participate in top world events such as World cups, European and World championships.
